Rowsphorn Road’s dramatic location in Riverside provides a spectacular platform for this single bedroom visitor’s pavilion to nestle against and take in the panoramic views of the Tamar River.

 

Created to supplement an established home, the pavilion is positioned above its neighbours for uninterrupted views down through the valley. One prominent design feature is the extensive cantilevered roof that creates a large covered outdoor entertainment area, almost doubling the building’s living space.
