Though the brief for Ravenswood Primary was to design a new Gym facility, CBM's vision and strategic analysis brought a proposal that exceeded all expectations. Careful apportioning of the project budget and a fresh, inspired approach to facility planning saw a master plan and vision for the school that capitalised on the opportunity to bring an openness and transparency to the existing buildings.

CBM's design created an open central core, providing improvements in supervision and learning outcomes and neatly connecting disparate element of the school. The new Multipurpose Hall and Gym combine in a passively heated and lit space that becomes the go-to learning space for many activities. The building can also be easily configured for productions and staging.
