This project brings CBM Sustainable Design’s community centre philosophy to Central Coast NSW, integrating a new auditorium, gym, café, kids play, offices and local community group needs into a modern design.

 

The material pallet includes, Alucobond, compressed fibre cement sheeting, concrete, and feature timber battens. The result is a combination of commercial and coastal architecture that will strengthen and promote the local and broader Umina community.
